To support military and government fire departments with industry-leading compliance programs that ensure readiness, reduce risk, and go above and beyond the highest NFPA and OSHA standards.
From Engineering to Fire Service
Women and family owned
Founded in 1996 by David and Kimberly Jolley, AOS began as a deep water engineering firm in Honolulu before transitioning into compressed breathing air systems for military firefighters.
During this time, Dave engineered the world’s first (and only) hydrostatic testing unit. It was small enough that it could be taken onto a commercial flight to service remote areas.
After 9/11, AOS signed a major contract with PACAF and expanded to support U.S. Air Force fire departments and outposts in Iraq, Afghanistan, Djibouti, and Antarctica.
After Dave’s passing in 2014, the family carried on his legacy transitioning the knowledge from remote bases to CONUS military bases and large municipal departments in
the United States.
